Community Performance Participation Form

If you are a member of California State Fiddler’s District 8 and would like to be considered as a member of a band that will play community events, fill out and submit the form below. Participants will be considered based on the style of music that the gig requires and the fit of the participant to the gig requirements. The Community Performance Coordinator (CPC) will establish all donation fees. All tax-deductible donations will be gifted to California State Old Time Fiddlers Association District 8 under IRS 501(c)3 regulations.
